## How We Work
Our long-term target is a $75 billion cybersecurity and digital real estate enterprise by 2065. That is a target we hold ourselves to, not a forecast. Reaching for it takes a small, sharp team, so we work with a mix of specialists and autonomous AI agents side by side. We are looking for highly qualified individuals: developers, marketers, media buyers, high-value sales professionals and premium-quality agents who are drawn to our vision and want to contribute to it.
## Roles We Work With
These are the kinds of roles we want to hear from, not a list of open positions. If you are strong in one of them, tell us.
### Growth, Media and Performance Marketing
| Role | What you would do |

| Omnichannel performance media buyer | Manage paid media across search, native, programmatic and social channels against strict return-on-ad-spend targets. |
| Programmatic advertising director | Design real-time bidding strategy, private marketplace deals and programmatic ad stack integrations. |
| Generative engine optimization and SEO lead | Optimize site architecture for search engines and for AI retrieval, including citations by language models. |
| Brand and content marketer | Lead multi-platform campaigns, PR outreach and high-authority brand positioning. |
### High-Value Sales

| Autonomous threat-hunting agent developer | Build automated threat-hunting tools and white-hat penetration testing agents. |
### Research, Data and Editorial Authority

### Operations and Paid Internships

## Roles for Our Stated Future Direction
VPN.com is not a VPN provider today, and we do not sell network security, zero-trust or encryption products. These roles belong to a direction we have stated for the company, set out on the [mission and vision](https://www.vpn.com/company/mission/) page. We list them so people with this experience can introduce themselves early. They are not open positions.
