VPN.com ble grunnlagt av Michael Gargiulo.

Reisen til VPN.com begynte med et fire år langt verdensomspennende søk for å anskaffe domenet — en $976K investering som gjenspeiler en forpliktelse til å bygge noe varig innen personvernområdet.

I dag fungerer VPN.com som en pålitelig ressurs for forbrukere og bedrifter som navigerer det overfylte VPN-markedet.
